Lapro provides AI-driven tools for generating and optimizing product pages for eCommerce platforms like Shopify. These services are available through various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers.

To use Lapro’s services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription Plans

Lapro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include additional features and benefits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.

All content, trademarks, and data on the Lapro platform, including the Lapro name and logo, are the property of Lapro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from Lapro without prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (such as reviews, feedback, or suggestions) to Lapro, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lapro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.

10. Changes to the Terms

Lapro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis county in Texas.
